Access: Permitted; subject to P&P policy on serving originals.

Reproduction (photocopying, hand-held camera copying, photoduplication and other forms of copying allowed by "fair use"): Permitted; subject to P&P copying guidelines, which prohibits copying of original photographs.

Publication and other forms of distribution: Restricted. Ms. Goldin's photographs are protected by copyright. Works created after January 1, 1978 are protected for the author/creator/copyright holder's life plus 70 years. In addition, in providing photographs for the Library's collections Ms. Goldin has stipulated that these photographs may not be published without her permission. (See P&P Collection Files.)
