Burger King posters featuring photo essays of 9/11 heroes photographed by Richard Avedon are restricted. Privacy and publicity rights may apply.

Access: Permitted; subject to P&P policy on serving originals.

Reproduction (photocopying, hand-held camera copying, photoduplication and other forms of copying allowed by "fair use"): Permitted, subject to P&P policy on copying, which prohibits photocopying of the oversize original materials. Please note that the entire poster must be copied.

Publication and other forms of distribution: Restricted. In providing posters for the Library's collections, Burger King has requested that they be restricted during the lifetime of the Burger King Corporation. They may not be published without the corporation's permission. Please note that the entire poster must be reproduced. The portraits cannot be used alone. (See P&P Collection Files.)
