exception of his print "Fate" which is in the public domain. Privacy
and publicity rights may apply.
Access: Permitted; subject to P&P policy on serving
originals.

photoduplication and other forms of copying allowed by "fair
use"): Permitted,
subject to P&P policy on copying, which prohibits photocopying of original
prints and drawings.

January 1, 1978 are protected for the creator's life plus 70 years. In
providing "Fate" for the Library’s collections, Mr. Peterson has stipulated
that it is in the public domain; however, he has requested notification
