Winold Reiss works acquired by the Library prior to 2008 are unrestricted. Other Reiss works may be restricted by copyright. In all cases, privacy and publicity rights may also apply.
Access: Subject to P&P policy on serving originals.
Unprocessed materials are served by advance arrangement (see: "Access to Unprocessed Materials" - http://www.loc.gov/rr/print/info/022_unpr.html). Some materials may be too fragile to serve.
Reproduction (photocopying, hand-held camera copying, photoduplication
and other forms of copying allowed by "fair use"): Subject to P&P policy on copying. This policy prohibits placing some materials on a photocopy machine.
Publication and other forms of distribution: Users should be aware of situations that potentially affect the rights status of the materials; users must
