"Defense of Marriage Act and California's Proposition 8 cases" are now posted on the Docket page of the Court's Web site.
Please note that beginning Monday, December 3, the direction of the one-way traffic pattern on Maryland Avenue between Second Street, NE and First Street, NE will change from westbound to eastbound.
Beginning with October Term 2012, the regularly scheduled Order Lists of the Supreme Court of the United States will be released by the Court at 9:30 a.m. rather than at 10 a.m. as had been the previous practice.
