CIRCULAR LETTER NO. 839

TO: Printing and Publishing Officials of the Federal Government

SUBJECT: Rider Requisitions for HHS/FDA Publication "Communicating Risks and Benefits: An Evidence Based User's Guide".

The Government Printing Office (GPO) is now accepting rider orders for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services/Food and Drug Administration publication "Communicating Risks and Benefits: An Evidence Based User's Guide".

The rider rate for this publication is estimated at $4.00 per copy. Please note that this rider rate applies to single destination, local delivery. Mailing charges, if incurred, will be added to your account. Requisitions are due to the Government Printing Office no later than January 25, 2012. Please be sure to include GPO Jacket No. 373-772 and HHS/FDA Requisition No. 2-06030 on your requisitions. Field or regional activities should coordinate their requirements with their Washington, DC area headquarters printing officers before submitting any paperwork.

Requisitions should be submitted by one of the two following methods: addressed and mailed to Customer Services, Communication & Status Center (COMSTAT), Mail Stop CSA, U.S. Government Printing Office, Washington, DC 20401 or e-mailed to requisition@gpo.gov. Your agency's authorized personnel as reflected in our agency signature file must sign all requisitions submitted.
