SUBJECT: Rider Requisitions for the Merit System Principles Wallet Card (Rev. Date May 2011).

The Government Printing Office (GPO) is now accepting rider orders for the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) reprint of The Merit System Principles Wallet Card (Rev. Date May 2011). The durable plastic wallet card is credit card size, and printed in two colors. It lists the adapted language of all nine Merit System Principles and twelve Prohibited Personnel Practices. 

The estimated rider rate for this wallet card is $.10 each, which applies to single destination, local delivery. Mailing charges, if incurred, will be added to your account.

Requisitions should be forwarded to Customer Services, Agency Publishing Services, Communications & Status Center (COMSTAT), Stop CSA, Room C-807, U.S. Government Printing Office, Washington, DC 20401; e-mailed to requisition@gpo.gov; or faxed to 202-512-1260 by February 17, 2012. Please be sure to indicate GPO Jacket No. 372-216, Requisition No. 2-00024, and Print Order No. 00011 on your requisition. Field or regional activities should coordinate their requirements with their Washington, DC area headquarters' printing officers before submitting any paperwork.
