Students will learn how to ensure that project specifications are accurately represented with each job submission. Course material will also address GPO billing procedures. This is a great orientation for new GPO users as well as a good refresher for seasoned GPO agency customers. Oct. 18, 2012 Simplified Purchase Agreement (SPA) Training The GPO SPA Program offers a streamlined agency procurement option for projects under $10,000 using GPO-approved contractors. Under SPA, agencies solicit bids and issue print orders directly to the chosen contractor. This free 2 hr course provides the mandatory training for agency staff who will sign SPA work orders. The course is also open to anyone interested in learning more about the SPA Program. GPO Central Office SPA training is provided the second Thursday of each month and lasts from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. Upon registration for SPA training you will be contacted by an Institute staffer for scheduling.
