i think may be you had have the best teachers in library of congress,but i am disagree with your opinion,all librarian and profesional librarians the best information sources that they have trubel for transfer information one resukts this ,it is not study in cebernetic and communication and no intersting to study about behavior peoples and junior and sunior.
my propose the first remove please trainning and educated all librarian psychology and communication science then educated for uses technology
