The Copyright Royalty Board derives its statutory authority from the following laws:

  • Copyright Royalty Judges Program Technical Corrections Act (P.L. 109-303) signed October 6, 2006 (html) (pdf)

These laws are codified in Title 17, Chapter 8 of the United States Code.
