    The Community Preparedness Webinar Series invites you to join us for a webinar discussing volunteering in times of disaster. The webinar will highlight the best practices of volunteer managers and those interested in volunteering during disasters. The webinar will include perspectives from community organizations, and state and local emergency management who have experienced specific challenges, and organizations that are heavily engaged in volunteer management. This webinar will be helpful to those who are interested in becoming volunteers, and for volunteer managers seeking practical knowledge.

    The Community Preparedness Webinar Series is conducted via DHS's HSIN Connect system. You do not need to register in advance, nor do you need a HSIN account in order to view our webinars. Audio for this webinar will be broadcast within HSIN Connect; there will not be a concurrent, phone-based teleconference.
