HTML articles now available on IEEE Xplore

IEEE is redefining how IEEE publications are displayed in IEEE Xplore with a dynamic, new design. Now, a more interactive research experience in an elegant HTML layout is being rolled out to publications on a regular schedule with nearly 200,000 articles by Q1 2013.

The new HTML presentation format allows users to engage with and better utilize elements such as figures, equations and multimedia files; quickly scan article contents via a new “Quick Preview” feature; easily navigate through article sections; and see related articles. With a new "floating" navigation feature, users can easily scan through article components such as full-text, references, citations and authors in whatever way the user chooses. A PDF version of the article is still available for download.
