Paper Filing

The Secretary of the Senate will accept filings on paper through the 2007 Year End filing and to amend reports filed on paper for filing periods prior to the 2007 Year End Report. Lobbyists can download and fill out forms LD-1 or LD-2 and send them to the Office of Public Records via U.S. mail, Federal Express, or UPS. Any report postmarked by the filing deadline (or next business day) is considered to be on time. For hand-delivered documents, be advised that only government couriers with valid federal government ID are allowed into Senate office buildings.

   Instructions for Form LD-1 (pdf)

   Instructions for Form LD-2 (pdf)

The Public Disclosure index provides information about filing and researching lobby records.
