Coin Operated Public TTYs are located in the Capitol and all buildings on the Senate Side of the Capitol Complex, their locations are as follows:
The Capitol Building – First floor, across from the Senate Refectory
The Russell Senate Office Building – Delaware Street entrance
The Dirksen Senate Office Building – 1st Street and C Street entrance
The Hart Senate Office Building - Constitution Avenue and C Street entrance
