    I like the idea a lot,but for both sides to work together on a budget,both sides have to see things in a similar way. I'm not trying to be partisan,there's just no polite way to say this-the Liberals have done more to screw up the US in 5 years than the Conservatives have in 20 years. I just don't feel they can be trusted as far as I can throw them,collectively OR individually,and I'm not as strong as I used to be.

    Good idea once your approved spending is within shouting distance of revenue. If this idea has any merit or ability to happen, a bipartisan group needs to put together such a budget, obtain support or viable revisions and present it to the house and senate. Probably Harry Reid would not allow such a plan to come forward and we would need a plan to force Mr. Reid to do so
