This FOM Internet Application (FOMIA) is for use by NCUA member credit unions only, not the general public. This system can be used for adding associational and/or occupational groups of 2,999 potential members or less as well as the non-natural person corporate account associated with that group. Once the group(s) is approved, and after the Board Resolution is adopted, you may begin serving members of the group(s). Links to these documents are provided for your convenience:
