    ok pictures, Melvin’s first concerns were that emergency personnel be made aware of the fire. When she spotted the flames, she said later, she was frustrated to realize they appeared to have been burning for about 30 minutes, & earlier notification might have enabled fire crews to prevent the fire's spread more effectively. http://bit.ly/Qdy0F3
