Doing Business with Us

We procure items using credit cards, purchase orders, delivery orders, contracts, and blanket purchase agreements. We use the following methods for identifying prospective sources:

We recommend that you register with the SAM. Not only will this allow you an opportunity to do business with us, another Treasury bureau may add your company to the mailing lists for other acquisitions.

Because the SAM is so large, we will be unable to include your company on every mailing list. We suggest that you continue to watch FedBizOpps.gov External Link to identify current opportunities and request them or sign up on the electronic mailing list in accordance with the instructions contained in the notice.

You may submit technical literature, including line cards, to:

Ms. Loretta Osuna Cotto
Small Business Specialist
Bureau of the Public Debt
Division of Procurement
200 Third Street, Avery 5-F
Parkersburg, WV 26106-5312
Email: smallbusiness@bpd.treas.gov

Loretta will review the literature received and send it to the appropriate technical as well as procurement personnel. Technical literature is available to all Public Debt employees to review.

Public Debt officials attend various Treasury and local small business conferences. Notice of such conferences and points of contact for additional information will be posted on this website.
