Getting an Appraiser Selection by Lender List

1. On the Appraiser Selection by Lender page, specify the order of your results by selecting one of the choices in the Sorted By drop-down list.  Results are presented in alphabetical order, A-Z.
   
   

2. Then enter at least one of the following requirements:
   

   Note: Where indicated, you may enter partial information (one or more characters) to retrieve records (lenders) that begin with the entered criteria, e.g., entering "Ba" in the Lender Name field retrieves all lenders with names starting with "Ba." If multiple fields allow a partial entry and partial information is entered, all specified criteria is searched and only matching lender information is retrieved/displayed.
   
   

   •	Lender Name: Type a full or partial mortgagee name.
   •	Lender City : Type a full or partial city name.
   •	State: Select a state from the drop-down list.

3. Click Send. If information is found based on the criteria you entered, the Appraiser Selection by Lender Results page appears with the selected information. A Message at the top of the page states: Appraiser listing request successfully completed.

If no information is found based on the criteria you entered, the Appraiser Selection by Lender page appears with an Error Message at the top of the page that states: Appraiser Selection by Lender not processed due to error(s). The selection criteria you entered is listed and an Error(s) Detected message at the bottom of the page states: No records matched your selection criteria. If there is an error, the Appraiser Selection by Lender page displays with an error message at the top of the page that states: Appraiser Selection By Lender not processed due to error(s). The selection criteria you entered is listed and an Error(s) Detected message at the bottom of the page describes the error. See Correcting Errors.

Requesting Another Appraiser Selection by Lender List

1. Use the button at the bottom of the page to return to the Appraiser Selection by Lender page.
2. Enter one or more selections to retrieve the desired list (click Reset to clear all previously entered selections if needed). See Getting an Appraiser Selection by Lender List.
   

3. Click Send to process again.

Correcting Errors on the Appraiser Selection by Lender Page

Review the error information on the Appraiser Selection by Lender page. A common error message that may occur is: Must enter at least one selection. The Error(s) Detected message informs you that at least on selection, e.g., State, Lender City, must be entered before your request can be processed.

1. Enter one or more selections to retrieve the desired list. See Getting an Appraiser Selection by Lender List.
   
   
2. Click Send to process again.
