Congressional Quarterly: A Stimulus Success Story

Earlier this month, HUD released its 2010 Annual Homeless Assessment Report to Congress which revealed how the Recovery Act’s Homelessness Prevention and Rapid Re-Housing (HPRP) helped to mitigate homelessness in America.  In the first year, this program helped nearly 700,000 persons.
