The data for your Part D claims currently are only available through your Blue button download file. The available information in the file is:

• Claims Type - Part D
• Claim Number - Your pharmacy's prescription number
• Pharmacy/Service Provider - The pharmacist's national identification number
• Pharmacy Name - Business name of the pharmacist that filled the prescription
• Drug code - National Drug Code
• Drug Name - Name of the dispensed medication
• Fill Number
• Days' Supply - Indicates the number of days the fill covers: 30, 60, 90, etc...
• Prescriber Identifier - The prescriber's national identification number
• Prescriber Name - Name of the doctor or group practice prescribing the medication
