Student Opportunities - NOAA's Office of Education hosts a Student Educational Opportunities website with information about scholarships, internships, fellowships, funding levels and more. Opportunities all across NOAA are listed in addition to a Special Opportunities section that highlights student openings in specific geographic locations, in underrepresented communities, and for students with disabilities.

Presidential Management Fellows Program (PMF): This post graduate program targets recent graduates with advanced degrees from a variety of academic disciplines who have a clear interest in, and commitment to, leadership and management of public policies and programs to the Federal Service.  Successful completion of this two-year program allows for non-competitive appointments to permanent positions in the Federal service.
