DLA Aviation is based at Defense Supply Center Richmond, which is located at
8000 Jefferson Davis Highway in Richmond, Va.

Employees and visitors with a valid DoD vehicle decal and photo identification may enter through the East Gate, also known as the Main Gate, on Jefferson Davis Highway. The East Gate is open 24 hours Monday-Friday, except holidays.

On weekends and holidays, those with valid identification must use the North Gate on Strathmore Road off Chippenham Parkway (Route 150). The gate is also open 5:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., Monday-Friday.

All others visitors to DSCR must process through the Welcome Center just outside the North Gate in Building 210, between 6:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday-Friday.

To receive a temporary visitor identification card and vehicle pass, drivers must present a valid driver’s license, current vehicle registration form and proof of insurance. Non-drivers must present a valid photo identification card. Call (804) 279-4754 for more information.
