OCC Highlights is a semi-annual e-newsletter issued by the External Outreach and Minority Affairs (EOMA) unit of the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency. It provides:

• Updates on OCC initiatives and activities benefitting minorities;
• Resources in minority banking and consumer affairs;
• Key consumer advisories, guidance, and news bulletins; and
• Guide to establish/and strengthen partnerships with organizations working to improve economic opportunities for minorities.
