Steps to follow:
Information on how to apply for NAF jobs:
Go to  http://cpol.army.mil. Click on Employment, click on NAF Job Opportunities, Click on How to Apply, and then scroll down and click on NAF Job Application Kit. This kit has links for the NAF job application forms, information on selection preferences and priority of consideration, and a sample resume. Suggest that you print a copy of the kit and read it. Applications/forms are also available in the NAF Personnel Office. See address below.
(NOTE: Current Fort Stewart/Hunter AAF NAF employees may apply for NAF positions using the NAF memorandum form and continuation sheet available in the NAF Personnel Office.)
Search for Jobs:
Go to http://cpol.army.mil. Click on Employment, click on Search for Jobs. Under Special Programs, use drop-down menu to select NAF Positions. Under State, select Georgia. Each announcement will give you the necessary instructions for applying.
NAF does not use an on-line resume builder (Resumix) for positions at pay levels NF-3 and below or equivalent hourly rate positions. A separate NAF application (DA 3433) or resume and supplemental data sheet (DA Form 3433-1 and 3433-2 if applying for child care positions ) must be submitted for each position. There are four ways to get your application to the NAF personnel office:
- Handcarry the required documents to the Fort Stewart CPAC NAF Job Information located in the Soldier Service Center, Building 253, 55 Pony Soldier Ave, Rm 2013A. The Stewart telephone number is 912-767-5051. The Fort Stewart Job Information Center for Non-appropriated Fund employment is open Monday through Friday, 0800-1600. The center is closed on holidays and weekends. The Hunter NAF Job Information Office is located on the 2d floor of Army Community Services (ACS), Building 1286. The Hunter phone number is 912-315-3682. The Hunter NAF office is open Thursdays from 0900-1500.
