Keep track of your period cycle

To use this cycle calendar for keeping track of your period, print this page and then mark each day of your period with an X. A cycle is counted from the first day of one period to the first day of the next period.

For most women, the menstrual cycle can be anywhere from 23 to 35 days. Some women may have cycles as short as 21 days or as long as 36 days. Use this calendar to find out how long your cycle is, but keep in mind that it is normal to miss periods or have two in one month when you are first starting out. Also, your period may last just a couple of days some months and up to a week other months.
