National Teen Driver Safety Week
October 20 - 26, 2013 

NHTSA developed this three-tiered strategy to prevent vehicle-related deaths and injuries of teens by increasing seat belt use, implementing graduated driver licensing laws, and reducing teens' access to alcohol and drugs through parental responsibility and parents setting house rules.
