Severe Weather Possible for Parts of Upper Midwest

The NWS Storm Prediction Center is forecasting a risk of severe thunderstorms Wednesday afternoon and evening for parts of the Upper Midwest, from eastern Nebraska across central Iowa, southeastern Minnesota and Wisconsin and into the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Damaging straight-line winds and hail are the main threats, though isolated tornadoes are also possible.
