John Kerry sworn in as Secretary of State
06 February 2013 - John F. Kerry was sworn in by Vice President Joe Biden at the State Department in Washington D.C. He is the 68th Secretary of State of the United States, becoming the first sitting Senate Foreign Relations Committee Chairman to become Secretary in over a century.
