The Blueprint for Health is a state-wide public-private initiative that seeks to provide the incentives and the infrastructure to support the delivery of coordinated, high quality health services.
This award-winning series features brief video profiles of six health care professionals sharing human interest stories that illustrate the key elements of their innovations and the impact on the lives of individuals. Take a look at each of the videos and profiles that follow and learn how these innovators are changing care and improving health across the country. The stories range from children in daycare who can get timely treatment through a telemedicine program to an unemployed truck driver who went back to work after receiving the care he needed from a local health care access initiative.
