    Jovenes en Accion visits Tijuana

    Tijuana | Feb 8, 2013. The U.S. Consulate General in Tijuana and CETYS University hosted a group of 77 Mexican junior high school students in Tijuana to conduct a two day training as part of the Youth program "Jovenes en Accion". The students were selected based on their proposals for community projects and academic merit. This group of students had the opportunity to be in the United States for five weeks during the summer of 2012.

Participants came from civil society organizations, the business community and local governments. The workshop was held at the U.S. Consulate General in Tijuana.
