How to escalate building issues:

To be used only if regular channels on Maintenance Service Requests page don’t get results

 

Step 1.    If this is an emergency life safety issue: Dial 911 (NIH response). Off campus in MD, 9-911 (Montgomery County response)

 

For a building problem, place an online 24/7 maintenance request http://orf.od.nih.gov/PropertyManagement/MaintenanceServiceRequests/

or call 301-435-8000.

 

Check Service Request Status http://orf2.od.nih.gov/58000/WRstatusX.asp

 

Step 2.   If issue is not resolved, contact the Facility Manager for that building http://orf.od.nih.gov/PropertyManagement/FacilityManagement.htm

 

Step 3.   If issue is not resolved, contact your ORF IC Liaison http://orf2.od.nih.gov/orfphones.asp?division=OD&branch=IC
