Submission Text
You walk into a rental store and steal a computer and now complain that the owner took a picture of you? That they lied to you and fooled you to fill out a false registration form to get your name and address; that you were having sex while it happened and were recorded. That you and your children were caught naked parading around on the house in front of the computer, oh and with the neighbors kids as well. That you often use your computer while being butt-naked and now feel violated. Give me a break! If you do NOT want to be recorded then do NOT steal computers. All I can say about this is the FTC is stupid if they actually believe this. Did the FTC not investigate this? This is a serious violation of abuse for a Government Agency not to get all the facts and to wildly make these claims. I see no testimony form the software vendor, I see no testimony from the rental stores, and I see no information other than the FTC assuming certain things. Where are the public hearings on this? Why don’t you please get both sides of the story and properly inform the public. I formerly request you have the backbone to admit you have not fully investigated this and will properly do so. You need to hear from people that own these computers and not from people that are trying to steal them. Lynn
