Submission Text
Q:What are the privacy and security concerns surrounding the adoption of these technologies, and how do they vary depending on how the technologies are implemented?
A:Mission Creep, in other words if a organization stores facial recognition data for one purpose and uses it for another.
Q:Is notice and choice the best framework for dealing with the privacy concerns surrounding these technologies, or would other solutions be a better fit? If so, what are they?
A:Concerning internet access, facial recognition should be regulated as an OPT-IN, and never be required so as to keep the internet open to all, especially children.
