Congratulations on your assignment to Fort Campbell. Home of the only Air Assault Division in the world, the 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault). We are also the home of the 5th Special Forces Group (Airborne), the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment (Airborne), 86th Combat Support Hospital, 52nd Explosive Ordnance Group , and sizable Medical and Dental Activities. To benefit from the Fort Campbell Sponsorship Program, it is essential that Soldiers complete DA Form 5434 (Sponsorship Program Counseling and Information Sheet) immediately upon receiving notification that they are being assigned to Fort Campbell. The complete form should be sent to the gaining unit S1 (see Unit POCs listed on the right hand side of this page for contact information).
The Army Community Service (ACS) agency provides relocating personnel with counseling, welcome packets, and pre-move destination information. Destination information provided to relocating personnel can be found at www.militaryonesource.com and at www.MilitaryHOMEFRONT.dod.mil/moving.

Army Community Service (ACS) Relocation Readiness Program provides a "Spouse to Spouse Sponsorship Program" to Spouses moving (PCS) to Fort Campbell. Full sponsorship will be provided to all incoming Spouses who are interested in the program. If you would like a Spouse Sponsor, provide the following information, your name, email, phone contact, sponsors rank & gaining unit, and reporting date.
