The Integrated Personnel and Pay System-Army (IPPS-A) is the Army’s future Web-based Human Resources (HR) record system. Currently under development, IPPS-A will standardize, streamline, and integrate Soldier personnel and pay processes and data across the Active Army, Army National Guard, and Army Reserve.

When fully implemented, IPPS-A will:

• Create a comprehensive personnel and pay record for each Soldier for their entire career.
• Enable approved personnel data updates to automatically trigger pay transactions.
• Track Soldiers’ transitions between assignments and Components.
• Make personnel and pay information more accessible online for authorized users.
