FFIEC Federal Register Postings

The Federal Register, published by the Office of the Federal Register, National Archives and Records Administration, is the official, daily publication for rules, proposed rules, and notices of Federal agencies and organizations, as well as executive orders and other presidential documents.

To view notices regarding non-rulemaking policy statements and non-rulemaking guidance posted under the FFIEC you can search http://www.regulations.gov or go to the Federal Register's website at http://www.archives.gov/federal-register/index.html. You can also access the Federal Register at http://www.gpoaccess.gov/fr/browse.html. Please note the comment period closing date. Submissions made after the closing date will not be accepted.

Comments can be submitted using either of the following methods:


1. Electronic Go to: http://www.regulations.gov.

  • You will have the option to attach an electronic file containing your comment or type your comment directly into the comment field provided on the site.
  • Once in http://www.regulations.gov enter "FFIEC" into the search text box provided. If you do not see the posting you are looking for on the page that comes up, narrow your search by going to the left-hand column and under "Narrow Results" select "more" under the heading "Agency" and choose "FFIEC" from the full list that appears.
  • The most current postings will be listed first, and the comment due date will be shown in the detail under the document heading.
  • Select the link under the document heading for submitting comments that looks like this:
