Title:	HRSA CAREAction: Delivering Culturally Competent Care to the Young Adult Patient (June 2012)
Abstract:	This newsletter examines the special needs of young adult patients with HIV/AIDS and the cultural competence needed to treat this population. It uses vignettes of young patients who have been behaviorally or perinatally infected to illustrate the necessity of care, barriers to care, tenants of culturally competent care, and preparations for the future. The newsletter includes references and online resources.
