Description

Continue the development and the implementation of Desert Tortoise Information and Youth Education (DTIYE) programs and products to include but not limited to: Conducting the annual Mojave Maxine Contest and working with agency partners to identify winners and conduct classroom visits. Coordination maintenance and distribution of currently developed educators tortoise trunks. Development of additional tortoise trunks for middle and high school levels. Distribution of desert tortoise information at public events and venues.
