ESV Conferences are invaluable because they provide opportunities to share innovative advances in motor vehicle safety and they encourage international cooperation. The United States Department of Transportation, National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) in cooperation with participating ESV member countries welcomes you to join our community and experience this unique event. The Republic of Korea will host the 23rd ESV Conference and Exhibition in beautiful and exciting Seoul, May 27-30, 2013.

Organizers are developing a cutting-edge technical agenda we hope will inspire many of you to respond to the Call for Technical Papers and the 5th Student Safety Technology Design Competition.
