Warnings: CAUTION: Contains Phosphoric Acid, eye and skin irritant. If Phosphoric Acid Cleaner comes in contact with skin, wash immediately with soap and water. Do not take internally. If ingested, do not induce vomiting. Give large quantities of water to drink. For eyes, flush with water. If irritation persists, seek medical attention. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. Acute Health Effects: From MSDS:HEALTH HAZARD DATA - Phosphoric acid is on the OSHA Subpart Z lists. Routes of Exposure & Effects Skin: Brief contact will dry skin. Prolonged or repeated contact could cause irritation, redness, drying. Eye: Liquid and mists will irritate the eyes and may cause tearing or burning. Ingestion: Ingestion may cause irritation of throat and digestive tract. Inhalation: Mists may cause irritation of nose, throat and mucous membranes. May cause coughing or chest discomfort. Mild to moderate irritation of eyes, skin and mucous
Chronic Health Effects: From MSDS:Prolonged or repeated contact could cause irritation, redness, drying. May cause primary irritant dermatitis.
Carcinogenicity: No components listed as carcinogenic with: OSHA, IARCM or NTP
First Aid: EYES: Immediately flush eyes with copious amounts of water. Seek medical attention. SKIN: Wash with soap and water. If irritation persists seek medical attention. INHALED: Relocate to fresh air. If irritation persists seek medical attention. INGESTION: DO NOT INDUCE VOMITING! Drink 1 or 2 glasses of water. If spontaneous vomiting is inevitable, prevent aspiration by keeping the victims head below knees. Seek immediate medical attention.
