Kristin Fan has been with CMS since 1994 and has spent the majority of her time working in the Medicaid program. She has extensive experience with health care-related taxes and other Medicaid financing requirements. She has served as the Deputy since November 2006. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree with a concentration in economics from Loyola University in Maryland.
