Return Receipt with the recipient’s signature sent by postcard. Must be combined with insurance for Priority Mail International parcels. Priority Mail International Flat Rate Envelopes and Small Flat Rate Priced Boxes must be combined with Registered Mail service. Some countries don’t allow return receipts.
