The American Citizen Services unit is open Sunday-Wednesday from 0900-1200 am. The unit is closed on American and Egyptian holidays. Those seeking routine services should schedule an appointment through our online appointment system. Those needing emergency services do not need an appointment.
American citizens desiring assistance should come with their passport or some other form of identification as proof of their citizenship.
