OM Staff

The OM is headed by Colleen Barros, the Deputy Director for Management (DDM) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Ms. Barros advises the NIH Director, Deputy Director, and Institutes and Centers (ICs) on all aspects of NIH administrative management.

The DDM also serves as a liaison to multiple external organizations, including the Department of Health and Human Services, the Inspector General, the Office of Personnel Management, the White House Office of Management and Budget, and Congressional staff.
