  • Division of Technical Resources (DTR) is International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001:2008 certified.  Certification elevates the reputation of the DTR to world class status in service quality.  This status requires the continued dedication to excellence by every staff member.

     

    ISO 9001:2008 pertains to an organization’s Quality Management System (QSM).  It is designed to help organizations ensure that they meet the needs of customers and other stakeholders. For the DTR, these services include design review of NIH projects, training of ORF staff to maintain professional expertise in state-of-the-art technologies, and in-house design.   DTR is committed to applying sound engineering and architecture to provide quality facilities in support of NIH.   This certification will provide immeasurable visibility and credibility to the work performed by the Division of Technical Resources.
