Biowulf monitoring tools
Individual jobs on the Biowulf system and/or the load on the entire system, can be viewed with a variety of monitors. There are monitors for node availability, memory availability and network traffic.
Monitors are automatically updated every 30 seconds and can be left open to watch the status of your job(s).
These monitors are available to the NIH campus only.

Key to matrix monitors
White: node down
Blue: idle
Green: load between 0% & 65%
(low)
Yellow: load between 65% & 120%
(ideal)
Red: 120% (overloaded)
