U.S. Citizen Services

Serving U.S. Citizens in Jerusalem, the West Bank and Gaza

The American Citizen Services Unit of U.S. Consulate General Jerusalem provides information and assistance to U.S. citizens in Jerusalem, the West Bank, and Gaza.  U.S. citizens visiting or residing outside these areas are served by the U.S. Embassy in Tel Aviv.

Over 80,000 registered U.S. citizens reside in the areas covered by the Consulate.  We are committed to serving all U.S. citizens as efficiently and promptly as possible, and we are constantly working to streamline our processes to make your visit to the Consular Section pleasant and smooth.

The Consular Section is located in the Arnona neighborhood of Jerusalem, near the former Diplomat Hotel, which is now known as the Caprice Diamond Center.  The address is 14 David Flusser, Jerusalem 93392.  Click here to see a map indicating how to reach our office.

For your convenience, following are directions from Hebron Road to the Consular Section;

1. Turn onto Daniel Yanovsky Street.

2. At the second traffic light, turn right onto Ha’askan Street.

3. At the traffic junction, turn right onto Eliyahu Lankin Street, and then immediately turn left onto Moshe Aryeh Kurtz Street.

4. Drive 200 meters, turn right, and go uphill on David Flosser Street.

5. The Consular Section is at the next traffic circle.  Parking is available in the garage if you turn right from the traffic circle.
