Confidential Disclosure Agreements (CDA)

Confidential Disclosure Agreements (CDAs) are used to exchange confidential information. The following agreements are preferred by NIH for transferring confidential information:

  • When both parties are providing confidential information (CDA 2-way Microsoft Word Format)
  • When an outside party is receiving confidential information from NIH (CDA Out Microsoft Word Format)
  • When an outside party is providing confidential information to NIH (CDA In Microsoft Word Format)
