DIVERSITY AND LEADERSHIP

 
Diversity and EEO Policy and Programs Division

Provide strategy, policy, and strategic communications for Army-wide diversity efforts and programming support for diversity initiatives across the Army's human capital enterprise.

Advise Senior Leaders of the Department of the Army on diversity matters; develop a framework for inclusive leadership and monitor progress; and support the integration of diversity principles into talent management processes.

Support development and integration of diversity competencies and training programs across all components (Active, Guard, Reserve, and Civilian).

Develops Army-wide EEO policy, evaluates EEO programs for effectiveness & compliance with oversight authority for non-discrimination in federally-assisted/conducted programs.
